In the evolving cryptocurrency world, a new paradigm is emerging: DeGood. This crypto subsector focuses on projects that combine crypto assets and blockchain technology with social impact. It offers a playground for builders aiming to drive positive social change through products and token design across diverse narratives.

In our definition, DeGood includes two types of projects: native non-profit charity projects and for-profit projects with socially impactful products. The latter is divided into purpose-built initiatives and projects focused on financial donations. While the scope of positive social impact varies, the standard directions the DeGood endeavors usually lie towards DeSci, ReFi, Education, Financial Inclusion, Wellness, Aid, and Local Community.
